SHPYoung Scientists Section
Participants of the Young Scientists Section, selected within competition procedure, will be invited to the Congress at organizers’ expense. They will be accommodated in a student dormitory (Bursa UMK), in double rooms. Persons preferring additional accommodation conditions (e. g. single room or hotel) are requested to contact the Congress Office and pay an extra charge.
The invitation entitles to:
a) participation in all events offered to Congress participants,
b) free-of-charge accommodation in a double room in a student dormitory in term June 27-30, 2010 (3 nights),
c) free-of-charge participation in a guided tour of Toruń called „Gothic on touch” on June 30, 2010 after the end of the Congress.
Young scientists registered by Humboldt scholarship holders, who have sent in all required documents (abstract of presentation, cv, recommendation) but have not been classified to participate at organizers expense, may take part in the Congress on condition they pay accommodation fee and registration fee reduced to 100 PLN.
